FAQ

Q: What is Stamp?
Stamp is a thermoelectric generator for mobile gadgets, such as smart phones, GPS devices, two-way radios, and more. It allows you to keep your mission critical gadgets charged off the grid, using only heat.

Q: How do I use it?
Stamp can be charged two ways. First, you can pre-charge it from the wall before you leave the house so that you go into the field with a full backup battery. Then, when that runs low, you can recharge the battery inside Stamp using any heat source you can find, such as camp fires, stoves, hot rocks, idling engines, or even the sun itself (with the proper accessory).

Q: How does Stamp work?

Stamp uses advanced thermoelectric materials paired with a unique closed circuit cooling system to charge your devices. This means that it turns heat into electricity with no moving parts or systems to maintain. You don't have to feed it fuel or fiddle with the cooling system.

Q: How big is it?

The current prototype is 3" wide at it's biggest point and about 5" tall. It's lightweight, handheld, waterproof, and shock resistant so you can trust it on your toughest excursions.

Q: Who is Stamp for?

Stamp is great for outdoorsmen, emergency first responders, bug out bags, natural disaster prepardness, or any other situation where you need to keep your mission critical gadgets charged.
